What is your turn around time?

• For photos, our turn around time is a week from the day of the photoshoot for all photography packages except the "Large Families/Group"  and "Events" Packages. For those two packages, our turn around time is two weeks from the day of the photoshoot.

• We work tirelessly to Insure that you will receive your photos earlier.

• For graphics, our turn around time depends on the contract and length of the project.

Does your Photography Rate include Retouching?

• No, it does not. Our photographic rate only includes basic editing. Retouching is charged at $5 per image.

What is included in your packages?

• For photos, ALL standard packages come with a 12-month password protected gallery up to 40 photos from the photoshoot (pictures can be shared and downloaded), and a location of your choice or one can be provided.

• For graphics, you will receive the final file(s) with different file formats (.jepg, .png, etc.), and depending on the project, you will receive a zip folder with all the files from the project. 

• This does not apply to special packages and sessions.  

 

Do you travel?

• Yes, we travel! Our base is Greensboro, NC. The first 25 miles from our location are free and included with your booked session. If you require us to travel outside a 25 miles radius each additional mile will be charged at .25 per mile. Nationwide travels can be arranged as well.

How do I Secure my Service?

• For photography packages, once we agreed on a date and time, your appointment date is not booked until a 50% retainer fee (a non-refundable fee) has been made and the contract signed to secure the date. You have the option to pay your session in full at the time of booking or pay the retainer fee to secure your date and pay the remaining balance within 24hours before your shoot. Contact Me.

• For graphic design packages, once the contract signed and the deadline agreed upon, your project is not secure until a 50% retainer fee has been made to secure the project. You have the option to pay in full at the time of booking or pay the retainer fee to secure your project and pay the remaining balance within 24hours before the deadline. 

• *Please note that you will not get your files until your balance has been paid.

• *Payment plans can be requested for amounts ranging from $300 and up.
